Dynamic, real-time pure harmonic intonation in all international, user and historical scales.

Pitch Palette features:

Micro Tuner : Retunes your synthesizer to a defined scale and allows real-time modulation within it. Movement between different scales is possible on the fly as well.
Scale Editor : A menu of international, user and historic scales that can be selected, changed and added to.
Scale Calculator : Enter frequency, decimal, cents or harmonic ratio, and the Scale Calculator gives you the other units of measure. Base pitch is adjustable.
Chord Detector : Identifies over 1500 chords. Auto-Root option automatically retunes chords as they are recognized. User can change default Tuning Root settings and can add new chords.
Frequency Analyzer : a real-time visual display of the tuning of the keyboard, and its comparison to equal temperament. Units in Hz.
Oscilloscope : Shows the harmonic purity of a chord with "Lissajous Curves". Great for a visual comparison of pure harmony to equal temperament.
Sequencer : Reads and plays MIDI sequences. Allows user to add Tuning Roots, Key changes, or scale changes to a MIDI sequence.
Piano Keyboard : On-screen, virtual MIDI keyboard.
Wave Audio : Creates simple waveforms at frequencies calculated by the Pitch Palette. Allows people without microtunable synthesizers nor MIDI to experience just intonation. A 16 bit sound card is required for this option.

PC with a 486 or better microprocessor, 8 megs RAM, running Windows 3.1, WFW 3.11, Windows 95 or better, 1.5 megs of free hard-drive space.
