The most recent tuning sent to your synthesizer is displayed on the Frequency Analyzer in graphic and numeric form, in real time, for one octave.
These frequencies change when the Scale changes, when the Key changes or when the Root changes.
You can choose the starting note using the spin buttons on either side of the row of note numbers and symbols.
This display gives you a visual picture of how the tones are shifting as you play. These are the precise frequencies calculated by the Pitch Palette.
The frequency data sent to your synthesizer or sound card depend upon the capabilities of your hardware (see tuning resolution and tuning range in The Microtuner.)
The line through the middle of the of the graphic display marks
the fixed frequencies of the equal tempered scale.
